Our new franchisees receive at least four weeks of onboard training. If you’re new to the auto industry, don’t worry: By the end of the training program, you’ll know everything you need to open your Rad Air location. Our onboard training covers daily operations, invoicing, accounting, decision making, customer service, and team leadership. And we don’t stop there. We provide ongoing technical and business training throughout the year and on-demand training as needed.
